Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your Itty Bitty items, but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we offer easy 14-day returnsfor UK orders.

How to Return an Item

1. Fill out the returns form on this page to let us know what you’re sending back.

2. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible), including your order number and name.

3. Send your parcel back to the address provided once you’ve completed the form.

Please note:

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original tags still attached.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
You’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order via our website.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please complete the online form within 14 days. so we can help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), UK customers have the right to cancel their online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, simply notify us in writing (via email or the form above) and return the item(s) within 14 days.
